Shipping Methods
For international shipping, we offer EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You will get free shipping if you choose EMS which takes 7-12 work days, choosing UPS, DHL, TNT which we charge $25 for all the items that will be shipped. Usually, you could get the product(s) you ordered in about 5-8 working days.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.
The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
Shipping Time
Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours and handled in 48 hours, and 7-12 business days to your destination normally.It will take us another 3 days to customize your items when they are out of stock . We do not process your order on weekends or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is what we are after, but faults do exist. Before enjoying easy Exchange & Return Policy, please refer to Exchange & Return Policy below.

1. Return for non-defective items

If you really don’t want the item, please contact us within 7 days from the time you received your parcel. However, 35% handling fee will be charged for return and customers are responsible for the returning fee.
Before sending the item(s) back, please contact us first with returning shipping address. Refund will only be done under the condition of receiving the returned parcel.
2. Exchange

You may request a replacement for your order within 7 days from the day you signed the parcel for either of the following two reasons:
1) We sent the wrong item (Hardly happened );
2) The item you received is damaged in transit (Occasionally).
3) Size did not fit
Once you have done the requested and gotten our confirmation, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid or a postage-unpaid mailing envelope for return the wrong, damaged or unfit item. You can also require us to send it with your new order in discount price to save the shipping fee.
3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed successfully online or with our customer service representatives under your confirmation, we will allow you up to 12 hours or before we ship out the order to cancel the order. But we will charge you 15% cancellation fee. However, once order was under hand of shipping company, cancellation is not allowed.
